For me, sZita Bakery is not just a job, but a calling. Throughout my journey from home baking to opening my own bakery, I have been guided by traditional village values, a closeness to nature, and the joy of creation. I believe the foundation of good bread is respect: respect for the knowledge of the past, for the ingredients, and for the human hand.

In the workshop, my colleagues and I create wild sourdough breads and pastries using traditional, artisanal techniques. We work exclusively with natural ingredients, without additives or semi-finished products. We bake using our own home-grown wild sourdough, carefully selected flours, and long fermentation because we believe that truly good bread requires time, patience, and attention. For us, wild sourdough is not just an ingredient, but a living connection between the past and the present.
As the owner, I am personally involved in every process – from kneading to the freshly baked bread. Using local ingredients, respecting the environment, and prioritizing simple, honest solutions are important to me. My goal is to bring baked goods to your table that embody respect for tradition, a sense of home, and careful handwork.
